they sell accomodation at wrong fare, commit to refund and never stand on their commitment

AS per emails and several communication they admitte dtheir fault of adverstising hotel at a certain rate and later changed rates, and further could not accommodate me cause they were full, however gave me an option of looking for alternative accommodation and they committed that they will pay the difference to the hotel or to me. Two months down the line they still have not paid and Hendrietta at ********** 255 has been very rude when I spoke to her, she even dropped the phone on my ear. Failed to comply with what they committed to do as per emails and phone calls.
