DAY LIGHT *******

<p>On the 30th of June 2016 at 10:41am I accidenyl made a booking with ACN Internationa regency Lodge I did not realize it was the incorrect area when I made this booking. I then quickly cancelled it on the very same day at 10h49am. My bank account was debited that evening at . I than contact ACN International Regency Lodge to refund me. They gave me a story about some policy that states I can not get a refund. They than said to take it up with booking.com as booking.com did not inform them of the cancellation. I think this is very unfair as this would mean I am paying for something I did not use and also they took the full amount from my bank account which is unreasonable. I am very upset about this, if they took a small percentage I would understand but they ae taking the full amount. Clearly this is a *******. I would not recommend a booking with this place ever. </p>
