Worst customer service ever

I bought a analogue vernia as a birthday present. When I finally gave it to my husband for his birthday the glass was cracked and its mechanism hooking. We took ot back and the manager had the worst attitude telling me I dropped it and says we should have seen it when I bought it when not even hus own staff opened it when I bought it.
