DISGUSTING!

I purchased a Fragram drill at the end of Nov. The building industry closed from the 15th Dec. When I returned to work and started using it, it broke.... I took it back to the store, where I was informed they only have a 14 day returns policy (even though they were closed during Dec). The salesman told me he will send it in to be checked but I must pay R250. I have to wait for the Fragram rep to decide if it is a warranty claim - I drilled 4 holes! I feel this is really unreasonable and terrible service! I will not recommend them to anybody especially if their tools break after 2 weeks of use and no assistance to sort out!
