Damage to my Car by Tracking Company

<p>I had a tracking unit removed from my car in the first week of June 2016. My car was in perfect condicion when I brought it in. The techncian who took out the unit broke my speedometer consol. A big crack through the middel, my options and time buttons does not work anymore. The car also does not keep time and the petrol gage keeps on jumping from full to empty. </p> <p>The technician said that he would replace the broken console on his expense. But I am STILL waiting! </p> <p>When I call to hear whats going on he makes an appointment to come fix it but then does not show up. </p> <p>He showed up at my house on wednesday the 17th of August at about 10 (WITHOUT arranging with me that he would be coming), but I was at work in Sandton. Two Snappy voicemail messages was left for me as I am not allowed to have my phone with me at work. </p> <p>I called back that afternoon in lunch time and apologised for not answering or being home. We then made an appointment for him to come fix my car on saturday morning, the 20th of August. I sat home ALL day waiting, he did not show up or even call.</p> <p>This was the last day I sat and waited for him to come fix my car. </p> <p>Please note, the owner of the company is aware of this but is also just sitting back doing nothing. </p>
