Is Ackleys&Co legit or have I been ****med?!

At this point I'm not sure whether Ackleys&Co (https://ackleysco.co.za/) is a legit business or whether I've been ****med?! I first got a message after querying my order of Adidas Sambas when I hadn't heard anything for 5 days. Then I heard from Sam de Beer that there was a database crash but that I would have a tracking number and delivery information in 10-14 business days otherwise a full refund will be issued. That was 26 days ago and all emails have been ignored and the only number on the website *** goes straight to voicemail. I did get one email asking me to rate my purchase though??? Sam/Ackleys are you there? Can I have my R2,310.00 back????!
