Ackermans Eersteriver - Zero Accountability for Delivery Errors "Terrible experience with Ackermans online/click-and-collect. They sent my parcel to the wrong branch (Eersterivier Grand Central instead of Blue Downs Mall) and now refuse to reroute it. Their 'solution' was for me to drive and get it myself, completely ignoring my situation. After 30 years in CS management, I know internal logistics are not this difficult. A very disappointing display of 'not my problem' attitude. 🙄✨"
