Pathetic Customer Service

Paid my installment on the 31st Dec. Got my monhly statement on the early Jan. The payment i made on the 31st was not credited, been send from pillar to post they literally ignoring my emails. This has placed a negative impact on my credit score yet i have never missed any installment.
