wrongly accused

I am so angry I cant even put this on writing on Saturday 22/06/2019 my mother visited kagiso Ackerman's to exchange clothes she went to the security quad alert her what she wanted to do to exchange clothes , she was told she can do it ,she did exactly that then the cashier accidently packed clothes in her plastic bag when she reached the door the security stop her and accused her of *****ing the items when she tried to explain because she also didn't noticed what had happen the security quad didn't even want to hear her side of the story, mind do my mom is a 53 year old with diabetic type 2 she was taken to the back by the security quads when my sister and I arrived on the scene where told that it might have been an mistake when we asked cant we pay by the items the security QUARD said no , we waited for the police to arrive when they arrived they said this matter could have been resolved in the shop and they also personal felt my mother is an old woman they doubt she would make ****** those items eventual the police man spoken the manger who said he needs to call his superior then he called him and his response to us was he speak to his boss and his boss is white and he says my mom must be arrested please bare in mind kagiso ackermans doesn't have CAMERAS at all

this is out ****ed me off the cashier was not questioned the security QUARD TOOK decisions to call the police the manger said his boss is white my mom should be arrested and what ****ed me off again is that both the security and manger have different stories on what happened but despite all my mom who is 53 years old was arrested for items that she didn't ***** that costs R219 I Wouldn't sleep thinking of her being in a cell feeling cold her sugar level must have been high i personal would never shop at any Ackerman's so do my friends and family am going to keep on telling this story
