Wrong reference number on Ackermans account payment

I made a payment on my Ackermans account, one of the digits in the reference number was incorrect causing the payment not to reflect. I have contacted Ackermans, sent proof of payment to resolve the issue however, they fail to assist me. Worst customer service ever!!!
