Wrong parcel delivery

I placed an online order and they delivered a wrong parcel, i have been going back and forth with them,even the customer that the parcel was delivered to contacted me and told me my parcel is with him, imagine even my information is now compromised.Their courier company which is dpd laser is not helping either.No feedback from both parties.
