Wrong parcel delivery

I placed an online order and they delivered a wrong parcel, I called Ackermans right after recieving the parcel they said the would look into it. I contacyed the courier company they said they would collect. They still have not. I called the person whos parcel i recieved and they confirmed they have mine. VIOLATION OF POPI ACT! Our personal info is compromised! Called courier again today. Still no pick up.Their courier company which is dpd laser is not helping either.No feedback from both parties
