Wrong info given

I went to Ackermans Palm Springs in Springs yesterday 07/06 to look for a cell as I saw the special on the Samsung Neo Pocket and enquired at the cashier on this but she said they did not had stock. I asked her if the other branches would have and she advised that I go to Selcourt towers branch to check. As this is on the other side of town and far to travel I asked her to please phone and check if they have stock which she did. She even asked me if I want a white one or black one and I said I dont care whatever they have in stock. She confirmed that they do have stock and I immediately drove through to them. When I got there Mirriam the branch manager informed me that they do not have stock of this, I told her that Vuyo did phone and someone confirmed the stock. She then told me that since they opened they did not had one incoming phone call from anyone and that Vuyo **** about this. She then phoned Palm Springs branch to find out and all they said was sorry!!! This is not on as I wasted my time first of all as I could have looked around in the same mall as Palm springs at all the other shops and secondly they wasted my petrol which is now a days not cheap. This has to be resolved
