Wrong Account Transactions enter account department

Account opened 2023 Account number *** my problem with Ackermans has not been resolved as they constantly want me to pay errors of R6813 and the balance is also R6813 and there legal team insist on emphasizing that I must pay errors, instead of fixing the account problems that where created by there account department.
