Worst service of all, ********** comp too!
The most horrifying company. They send you smses advising you to make your account payment online. You do follow their given instructions to use your acc no as a pay ref, ask them to send confirmation of payment (NADA).
A month later, they forward a statement confirming that you haven't paid, they added charges of not paying on that account and ruin your credit score!
Sent an email to them on the 14/04/2020 with proof of payment and to date, I'm still to hear from them. Appalling service I tell you. Adding stress in these challenging times!
Highly frustrated and annoyed!!!
