Worst service from Ackermans Online

Ackermans has the worst online service ever. Don't attempt or even come close to use their service. I placed an online order on the 2nd December, even today on the 19th December no delivery. I have made several contact to they customer care office, no one is assisting, they do not even get back to you unless you call them to make follow up and they will still lie and say we are checking with the courier company. The parcel cannot even be tracked on their system. I get a message that says "shipment not found". This is beyond frustrating as I need the parcel before Christmas. The reviews are so bad I wish I checked before I placed my order, no one is even responding to the queries.
