Worst service ever

I am so disappointed by the dishonesty of your employees to be specific your Pretoria North branch store I was mislead in thinking that the phone I'm purchasing was a 12 month contract only to be in lightened by foneyam of the false information I was told little did I know the phone contract is a 13 months ND some days contract

Then worse I was told to pay an amount of R800 and something and il be paying an amount of R174 each month, nowhere was I told about 7 days payment ND that my monthly installment would be R300 and something

Clearly this is a strategy for them to mislead customers in pushing their sales I'm so disappointed and want nothing that associates me with our company and yes all because of 1 store it has honestly ruined it for ur whole brand

Honestly teach your employees to be honest so that customers can purchase fully knowing all the information and purchase by choice of transparency
