Worst service ever

Ackermans in Keywest they have the worst service ever. Imagine having to wait 30 mins in a queue that is very short while they help themselves in tills and its one till working. Whrn you think its your turn to be helped, they get busy with talking and all that. Then when you get to the till, they scan wrong things
