Worst service

I had the worst service from Ackermans Tshwane regional mall. Bought a hisense phone 21/11/2024 , the phone literally took 5 minutes to switch on ,when charging it overheats and becomes extremely. Mind you this is a new phone . When you switch it off it takes 3 minute , cant even answer a call without poking it at least 4 times. Took it back to the shop only for the manager to make me s public spectacle and tell me they dont take it . I explained everything to them , even gave them the phone to switch it on and off . Did the routine of counting and according to them the phone is okay . I advised that the phone has factory fault .only to be told the money i paid is exactly what i got .
