Worst service

Yesterday went to Ackermans Ga-Rankuwa, the was a long queue only 2 cashiers were working. There were Older people, who came waiting for more than 45 min, some old people were moving with chairs on the queue. Instead of calling for more cashiers, as the queue was not moving, some said they are going to lunch. We asked for the manager or supervisor so that they can add more cashiers. They didn't even bother to come. This is not the first time happening. I once made a laybuy, some items were not added.

Ackermans Ga-Rankuwa has the worst service ever,the old staff and supervisor were the best, this ones they dont even care about older people, they will tell you that they going to lunch, when there is a queue...
