Worst service

Worst service ever every month it's the same story with them I have an arrangement to pay every month and I haven't skipped one month and I always pay before the date I arranged to pay although I am paying a reduced installment till I can afford to pay more but still haven't skipped a month every month I get about 10 to 15 messages threatening me to hand me over to lawyers ect even after I made an arrangement and I've paid before my date arranged this is really becoming harassment I understand that they must do their job but please harrass me if I'm not paying or missed any payments this is getting out of hand and I will take this matter up with my attorney if this doesn't stop.
