Worst online application service

Would not recommend applying online as it is not convenient. I app**** online and received an sms a few days later it was approved. On my off day I decided to collect my card as I received more than 1 reminder to go and collect my card. Upon collecting my card it was activated and store agent advised I could shop. Once I was done with my shopping I wanted to pay with my new account card , they told me it's not been approved. Not sure what is going on but I submitted all my documents that was required. It's very confusing, why send me an sms to collect my card if you are only going to waste my time. Don't apply online. Waste of time.
