Worst customer service ever🤬 Woolworths please train their staff

I would like to log a formal complaint towards the Ackermans Benoni staff

never have I felt so ridiculed and belittled like i have been today all because I wanted answers on my online order

I called Ackermans for over 15 times and then they would answer and laugh or answer and hang up

I work in customer service and the service i recieved today is appalling

The manager in charge there is Sindi who has no control over her staff...people are begging for jobs every day only to find that your staff takes us for granted

I will be going to the shop tomorrow to confront the staff and then post the video on TikTok with over 180 000 followers

This is not how customers should be treated
