Worse service and no respect

I have experienced there in store phones never works I had to borrow my phone to them to access there account department in order for them to do monthly deductions from my account witch they in any case did not do on top of that they bill me for them not doing there job then they have the cheeky response by telling me its my responsibility to pay them I will not advise them to anyone as they are ********s.
