Worse Return Policy

Good day, My experience with Ackermans' service or rather return policy has been disappointing. As a result of security verifying my items, my slip got lost in store. As a result, I have bigger sized clothing that I cannot seem to find in store or online and now I am told they cannot reprint or refund it, but instead I will get a voucher. This is utter nonsense, I need either to return it or receive my money back. I am not happy at all!
