Wonderful service

I would just like to commend Ackermans Eastgate, more especially Lerato whom assisted me with the long standing issue of the phone, I had purchased for my daughter. I went in during my lunch looking for Thokozani and without hesitation, Lerato took the lead and assisted me, the phone I wanted to replace with the Hi-sense was finished, she took down my details and promised to ring me as soon as there was new stock. I left and before I could reach she called and told me they have found a phone for me, I went back after work, she was by the entrance door, she recognised me and we got the ball ball. I am super happy after months of frustrations. Big up to her and all her fellow colleagues including Thokozani, they managed to put a smile on my face. I pray I do not have the same issues with this Samsung that would be the cherry on top :-) Thanks to Solly as well, whom organised for me to be able to exchange that H-sense to a new phone
