Withdrawal claim that was never paid.

Afternoon I was for ackermans from 2018 until 2022 when i decided to resign. I went in to claim for my provident fund and i submitted all the neccesary documents that were needed. And i was told to wait for 2 to 3 months for my money to be paid and that was in August when that happened until now nothing has happened again i called Payroll department and asked about the withdrawal claim that i made on my provident fund. The person who was helping that time said i must send fresh forms cause she didnt see anything on the system. I sent the document again on the 9th of november 2022 and i tried to do a follow up on the email that i sent but on the 10th November when i called no one answered the phone until to this day no one answer the phone. I call everyday just to ask i she did or she did not receive the email but she never answer the phone. Even the email that i sent she never rep**** to it. Meaning they take us for granted as Ex-employees of ackermans but when we were working for the company i dedicate everything for the company but now they way the are treating me when i claim for my provident fund that i am entitled to they make us run in circles for something that i am not going to get. And i dont understand why is it take to long to get it cause it already passed 3months without seeing anything. If i knew that i was going yo struggle like this for something that am entitled to i shouldn't have worked for this company because they take people for granted.
