why such behaviour

I went to Ackermans in Attlyn mall on 04 -11-2015 at about 4:30 to buy a cell phone and when I got there I couldn't see any staff members on the sales floor to assist me so I asked a young lady with blond dreadlocks at the till for someone to assist me because she was busy with the que she then looked around and then just left me like that not even calling anyone to assist I then went to the other guy who seemed to have appeared on their floor to help me he then asked Lesego to bring the phone who took the whole 15 minutes to bring it,so I dont understand that is it because its in a black peoples area so customer service doesn't count or is it that Ackermans doesn't have any customer service??
