who must fix it then
I bought a premio Tab 7 in end of April this year and it fell now the screen is not working. They booked it for repairs and it came back unfixed, the manager from Ackermans called me and told me i need to buy a new phone they cannot fix that phone its physically damaged. meaning I must throw it away.
