What time is the store supposed to closed

I am at of your shops in Hillbrow and they are closed for the day already at the shop has to close at 5pm. I took time of worked, rushed there because they said they closing at 5pm. The lady security gaurd just look at me and said something to one of the cashiers and walked away not openning the door. I got there at 4:40 and the door was closed already. I am not happy as this is such an inconvience to me. I wasted my time and didn't even get the service I wanted.
