What is Tenancity?why is my name listed under Tenancity?

I dont owe Ackermans, but I have an Account named Tenacity on behalf of Ackermans listed on my credit report.. Please remove this account ASAP,I dont even know what is Tenacity I never opened an account with Tenacity,I had an account with Ackermans which is paid up and closed last year in November.
