Was treated like unhuman by your workers

My name is Thuliswa Mooi I had a laybye at Ackermans tableview, unfortunately I was ****** lost my ID and Laybye slip. My phone was in my body that is how it got saved. I completely forgot about my laybye thats when I received an sms. I went to the store to pay for my lay bye and told them I do not have a slip but I can give them copy of my id and show sms. I paid for my laybye and decided to leave 2 items and take a shoe in return of the 2 items. Unfortunately I had a balance due of R259 they offered as a voucher I pleaded with them I need the money to do a new ID and I was gonna utilise the funds for that I cannot accept the voucher but cash. They were extremely rude and not human like to understand my situation. I asked for the ladies name ***ieda. I asked her to write on the slip that I refused to take voucher.
