Warning!!Thaba mall Akermans😠

I cannot stress this enough: do NOT trust Ackermans thaba mall for cash purchases. I went in to buy a phone with cash, and the staff *******ly signed me up for a Pepkor Trading credit account without my consent. They even took my receipt, leaving me powerless and frustrated. This is misleading, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I had proof of payment and the cashier’s name, yet they refused to help over the phone and made me return to the store. Warning to everyone: insist on your receipt, double-check every transaction, and be extremely cautious. No one should go through the stress I endured. Ackermans needs to train their staff properly — this behavior is not okay.
