Waiting more than two days for Settlement letter.

Complaint: I requested a settlement letter for my account on Tuesday and I have not received the the letter as yet. I want this letter a.s.a.p and after two days I am still sitting without it,. And one of the consultant was so rude, she doesn't have a good customer service. I have a reason to request this letter, please assist me.
