Waiting for delivery

Good Day I bought online at ackermans 0n the 24th June 2024, on the 25th I was sent a message for delivery till this day I have not received any commutation or delivery . On the 12th off June I called customer care they advice they logged a query it will take 72 hours.... I waited on the 17th I called back spoke to Omphile who advice it will be escalated again then they will contact me back till this day I have not received any call. I even emailed customer care line they also advice the query is escalated. I tried even on whatsapp chat but all their consultant are not helpfull they are all incompetence.
