Voucher

I have a voucher that was bought in June by colleagues as a baby shower gift. I wanted to use the voucher now but the whole information has faded off the voucher even after the voucher has been sealed with a plastic cover. Went to the store where it was bought and was told they cannot retrieve the information. They called their help desk and I was told if the information is gone it's gone, even the sms of which my colleagues no longer have they say they can't help. So my question is if the voucher was/is well protected how come the information is now gone and it cannot be retrieved than why do you make the voucher valid for over 12 months. I simply want my voucher details so that I can use it or a refund to my colleagues as R600 cannot be just gone like that. No onse seemed to have a sense of urgency to assist me and I must just accept that nothing can be done???

Good day

I received a call saying they will investigate only to find out that they are letting the store do the investigation of which they are failing to retrieve a simple voucher. We do not have the sms that was sent with the details the store says they have been calling tenecity and no one is answering they have checked their books and is only able to see 4 numbers of the voucher. I am failing to understand how does your system work so much that you cannot retrieve vouchers issued or not redeemed. I am refusing to let go of the fact that I'm told without the sms nothing can be done. Go and check your system and find that voucher number
