Very unsatisfied click and collect horror order number ***7

what a horrible experience with Ackermans online i am so unhappy i ordered online on the 12th of January and i am still waiting for my parcel i have emailed them sent countless messages on facebook to them even called them they keep giving me the run around those items were meant for my daughter for school this is so disheartening to say the least and i do not want to wait another week they need to check with their couriers they using what is happening are they losing our parcels because i have see quite a few people complaining about the same thing 😥😥☹😡💔
