Very unhappy client from Ackermans

I Trusted Ackermans wit my money buying school shoes online on the 7th of January picked clicked and collect which I did receive the sms to collect my kids school shoes only to find a pair of jackect non of the iteams I have order the sms has the same Order number with package but wrong item

Tried to resolve the matter with store and customer service non of them were any help school are opening Wednesday I bought schools from @ackermas they failed to deliver now can’t refund me as well they say it should take up to 7 days so my kids will be walking bare foot to school
