Very Rude Manager of Ackermans Canal Walk store

I would like to lodge a complaint against the manager Mr Dashen of Ackermans Canal Walk.

Today, we were browsing the store and found a shirt on the clearance rail on marked down. There seem to have been a problem with pricing.

The manager was extremely rude infront of the customers . He practically accused us of stapling the incorrect price onto the shirt claiming that they do not use staplers in their shop (that's funny because we showed him that the ladies working at the till had a stapler that they were using to staple slips ). I had just purchased t - shirts for my son in Ackermans. How on earth, are you allowed to treat customers like this.

Instead of apologizing on behalf of the store for making a mistake with pricing he ended up being extremely inappropriate.

What happened to the customers are allowed to pay the price advertised? It's not the customers fault for false advertising!!
