Very poor service

I by mistake paid R11 400 into my husband's Ackermans account as I usually make payments via EFT for the monthly installments, the account balance on the Ackermans account is not even close to half of this amount and the credit shows when I check the balance but my husband and I have been calling and emailing Ackermans for two weeks to issue a refund which we still have not received.
