very poor disgusting service

I'm hurt and disappointed at poor service and ******** i received yesterday at Ackermans Protea glen mall . i went there to do shopping with my two daughters to buy clothes for them and my unborn child.as we were busy with shopping one of their work caught another lady trying to ***** clothes.during that confusion it was very busy in baby clothes section where i was as a result my 3 years old fell due to crowd and floor slippery. she instantly bleeded on the floor her clothes was full of blood as she was crying her lungs out😭 your employees were there but non of them was bothered about the situation then another lady advised one of employees to get a first aid to manage situation but the employee refused and told us her duty was to stand on the door so i must go find someone who can help me . i was confused so i walked around the shop looking for help but no one was there to assist until the total stranger picked my child whipping blood trying to make her feel better.mind you im 8 months pregnant i didn't have any strength of picking her up at all. i was forced to go home without doing any shopping. when i got home i realise that my daughter had a very big scar and her front teeth was loosen.Dear Ackerman's teach your workers humanity, customer service, care and sympathy this could've happened to anyone Im disappointed and very hurt ss Buthelezi ***
