Very Frustrated and Disappointed In Ackermans

Two weeks ago on the 28th March to be exact I went to Ackermans Southgate Mall where I normally buy my babies nappies and clothes and I bought 3 packs of nappies that was of really poor quality. I have used this nappies for my baby ever since she was born and ai have never had this problem that is why I immediately knew something was wrong with this batch of nappies

I would out on a nappy for my baby and few minutes later the nappy would should loose. At first I was thought I wasn't tieing them properly but more and more kept doing the same thing. At times I would put on the nappy and it would stick and just shoot right loose again before I could even pick baby up. Some of them seem to not even have the thing to stick the nappy with and thats when I knew there is definitely a problem with that nappies. I then left that pack and opened a new one to see if those would stick and to my surprise it did exactly the same thing as the previous pack.

I am very unhappy with the quality of nappies Ackermans sold to us as customers because now I had to physically take tape to hold the nappy together because I mean I couldn't exactly go and buy another brand whilst I am sitting with 3 packs of Ackermans nappies. These nappies have really been an inconvenience and I am very disappointed in this time of quality. I have then contacted Ackermans but they are refusing to assist me because I lost the slip but I don't understand it was bought on account so the proof of purchase should be there they should have access to it. I am very disappointed, annoyed, angry I don't even know how to feel with this **** service and **** quality of nappies I received honestly to this day no assistance I haf to buy a different pack for my child to wear because this **** keeps shooting loose
