Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed to mention that Ackermans customer care has not called me yet, instead the Ackermans Sammy Marks called me and told me they Will tell me about my phone's quotation and apparently there is a rejection fee, for if I don't want the store to fix my phone am really disappointed. And I will think twice about buying a phone at their store.
