Very bad delivery service

Good day,

I am very disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent order.

I did not receive any call about the changes.

I specifically selected home delivery, however I later received a message stating that my order was delivered to Randpark Ridge Mall and signed for by me, which is incorrect. When I contacted customer service, I was advised that if I did not collect the order from the mall, it would be cancelled. If I wanted it delivered to the mall branch, I should have taken that option.

I always order from Ackermans and this is the first time I have experienced an issue like this. I chose home delivery because I am busy, and had I wanted to go to the mall, I would have purchased the items in store myself.

This experience has been quite disappointing, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring my order is delivered to my home address as originally requested.
