Very bad customer service

I went to do shopping at Ackermans on 28/12/22 . We stood on the queue for more than an hour . Finally I was called by a cashier to assist me . When I arrive at point of sales ,cashier (Mac Donald ) was busy chatting with his colleague and he never even bother to greet me and he just scanned my items and just throw them in the plastic bag ,without folding them . I asked Mac Donald why he is not folding my items ,just throwing them in the plastic bag. Mac Donald responded by saying eeeh... mamzo you can fold it by yourself then he gave me my clothes that I was buying and said I should fold it for myself ,he won't fold it for me . I asked to see the manager , I explained everything to the manager ,the manager said he will fold the clothes for me . Manager continued to say that the reason why MacDonald is not folding my clothes, he want to give other customers attention and they will complain ,why Mac Donald is folding my clothes. I said to the manager but it doesn't look like Mac Donald want to help customers because he is busy chatting with his colleague. The manager started to defend Mac Donald.
