Very angry customer

Ackermans account is a total ****. Last month I paid my account and the balance was R754 .35 today when I check the balance it says R931.26 how did it get to that amount because I don't have any extra services? On Saturday I made an EFT payment of R869 until today its not appearing on my statement. I'm fed up with this company I just want to close it ASAP. I recently lost my job and informed them but they don't even care . I regret the day I opened this account.
