Useless staff!! Terrible customer service!

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration towards the staff at Ackermans Connect in Bridge city centre in Kwamashu. I went there yesterday to exchange the Volkano Bluetooth earphones as one stopped working in less than 2 weeks. I got there and the girl I was dealing with (who didn't even have a name tag on her) didn't even give me a chance to speak, she told me they do not do exchanges if it's after 7 days from date of purchase. I asked why would I have come in that time period if the earphones were working, whatsyt she was saying didn't make no sense. The girl kept speaking over me with so much sass I wanted grab her by the throat. The manager was not helpful either because he also did not help me. The leaflet clearly states that the earphones have a 12 month warranty, that I can return the product if it's faulty, provided I have the till slip, which I did, but then the *********** staff acted as if I was asking them to perform brain surgery!. I wouldn't spend R300 on something that broke in less than a month of having it. I hate that I was belittled and made to feel stupid when I needed help. I am so disappointed and will fight this till I get a refund because at this point I don't even want a replacement, I want my money so I can spend it somewhere else!
