Useless & ***********
I requested a prescription letter on 05/11/2018 for a prescribed "JayJay's" account.
I followed up on 08/11/2018 & was told to now send my request to ********** and the letter would be sent within 48 hours.
ACCORDING TO LAW: Retail debt become prescribed after no payment or summons issued within 3 YEARS.
LAST PAYMENT MADE: 02/03/2013 LAST PURCHASE: NOVEMBER 2014.
ACCORDING TO ABOVE MENTIONED DATES, ACCOUNT PRESCRIBED NOVEMBER 2017 ALREADY!!!
Numbers contacted: ********** ********** ________________ Eventhough this account was handed over, that company reffered me back to Ackermans/Tenacity as only the original credit provider can issue prescription letters.
