Useless employees

As 4 people are waiting In line one of. The tellers decided she wanted to knock off. Then had to wait in line where only 1 teller was working! Stood in line for over 30min only to be told that they were offline. Then I had to go withdraw cash. When I come back the store is closed lady sitting at the door gave me such attitude and didn't want to open the door. I mean who needs whos' money??? Finally was let in and still had to wait to be helped!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
