Useless Company

I app**** for an account with them 10 days ago.. They send me an sms saying they have received everything and given me credit but when you call they tell you they still waiting for docs. Now I just want to cancel the application but thats not easy either. Useless call centre and staff are not trained nor understand anything. Will never deal with them again.
